Pro-Active Dust is a completely natural product that consists of 100% Diatomaceous Earth. To best use this product against Carpet Moth you should put it underneath the carpets as it will last much longer due to it not being vaccumed up and walked upon. If it is not possible to pull up the carpets it is still possible to apply it to the carpet itself. If you are applying it to the surface of the carpet it is best to vaccum before so, and try not to for as long as possible.

The most common places that you will need to apply the dust is to the outside edges of the room and under any furniture that is not moved very often. The reason these are the common hiding places for the Carpet Moth is because they do not liked to be disturbed and so they stay away from areas frequently walked upon.
