The information below has been taken directly from the advice sheet that will be contained within the Moth Killer Pack:

Dealing with Moths in clothing will require a little more effort. You will need to empty the wardrobe or drawer of its contents and apply the Insecticide (Pro-Active C) thoroughly to all surfaces of the unit. Whilst the units are bare you can deal with the clothing. Ideally, you should place garments into polythene bags, squeeze the air out (to prevent crystals forming on the fabrics) and freeze the items for seventy-two hours. If freezing is inconvenient, Dry Cleaning is another good alternative. Failing this you should vigorously shake the garment outdoors to try and dislodge any eggs that may be embedded into the fabrics, before washing them to the highest temperature they will withstand. Our Sticky Roller Brushes are also a good method of removing Moth eggs that may not have been killed already. Once the clothes have been dealt with and the Insecticide inside of the unit has dried it will be safe to return the clothing to its home. You will need to re-apply the Insecticide thirty days after the initial treatment and at further thirty-day intervals until the infestation has ceased. We suggest you then consider using our Moth Killer products, the Rentokil Moth Killer Strips or Rentokil Moth Killer Hanging Units as ongoing Moth control protection.
